Is there a cost to participate?

The pilot is completely free for 30 days. No credit card required, no commitment. Once your trial ends, you'll move onto a paid plan based on your message volume — and we'll walk you through your options before that happens. For enterprises or organisations deploying across multiple businesses, reach out directly and we'll scope something together.

When does the pilot program start?

We're onboarding merchants in carefully managed batches to ensure every business gets the setup support they deserve. Once you apply, we'll review your application and reach out personally with your activation date. Spots are limited to 20 businesses for this phase.

What happens after the pilot ends?

Your agent keeps running without interruption. Before your 30 days are up, we'll reach out to walk you through your paid plan options based on your usage. All your data, configurations, and conversation history carry over automatically — nothing resets, nothing gets lost.

What if I'm not selected for the pilot?

Due to capacity limits during our pilot phase, we cannot accept everyone immediately. You will be placed on our priority waitlist and notified as soon as we open more spots for the public launch.

Do I need technical expertise to participate?

Zero technical skills are required. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use OryonTech. Our guided Onboarding Wizard helps you set up your business profile, payments, and products in under 10 minutes.
